New pnotepad.org design

This site has been completely redeveloped to use WordPress as a CMS! This allows the site to be designed/updated from anywhere in the world using the wonderful web admin GUI, and allows us to support RSS and Atom newsfeeds direct from the site with no extra effort.

The “page” support in WordPress is excellent for managing a simple site like pnotepad.org, so hopefully site updates will be a bit more frequent now! It also opens up the possibilities for volunteers to update the site and contribute articles/news/useful links.

The CSS design of the site is heavily borrowed from the standard wordpress kubrick design, with various bits and pieces tweaked until it looked enough like the home page for a piece of software. There are still several rough edges which I’ll get to over time.

Finally, note that all text should hopefully refer to “Programmer’s Notepad” – note the exciting new apostrophe! I’m promised it will make the world a better place.
