PN 2 0.5.5 Released...

First the good news: the latest version of PN2 has been released to sourceforge and the pnotepad.org website. It has lots of good new features, and loads of bug fixes for annoying problems with previous releases.

Then the bad: there is a bug in the global tools code which means that closing the options dialog with global tools configured crashes PN 2. You don't lose any settings, but may lose data. There will be another release of PN 2 in a couple of days to fix this problem.

i would like to see PN2 to have an extra tab on the left that will list out all the functions in the source file. This feature is usefull when dealing with multiple source files, you need to quickly peek on the current source whether the function is in the current file.

Have you tried the Jump-To feature? This provides functionality like you ask for.

This tool just keeps improving. I could use some help taking advantage of "What's new" items 6,7,8. Any place I can find a "how-to"?

Please mail me a PN 2 Source Code copy!
I can't connect to cvs.pnotepad.sourceforge.net with CVS.
