Would it be possible to also restore which file tab was active in the previous session? I really find it irritating. I hope it isn't too difficult to fix. I have tried 6 different notepads in the past couple months and I like most everything about this one except this one issue. Yes, it's a known issue and one that would be nice to fix. It's not been high on my priorities because it's not the easiest thing to fix. The list of the tabs saved in the file is controlled by the order in which Windows chooses to enumerate the tabs - this isn't the order of the tabs, but is somewhat controlled by recent tab use.</p> <p>To fix it means we need to get the order from somewhere else and apply it to the list of tabs being saved.
