Thanks Simon.

In Options the setting "Remember open files and projects between sessions" seems to do what I want.

Opening in command line works as well - I just didn't find any documentation how to open projects with command line. Probably I didn't look hard enough :)

Thanks!

There's no setting to set a default project, but you can tell PN to save the currently open workspace and files and re-open them at startup (in options).

To use a project from the command-line, you should just be able to do: pn myproject.pnproj

does that not work?

Is there a way to launch PN in Windows so that I can give a command line parameter which project to open?

Or is there a setting in PN to set a default project that opens automatically whenever I start PN?

Thanks for any help!
