This should be quite doable with a PyPN script or a plugin, you just need to handle the character being added and look for carriage returns - you could look at the Python indenter that comes with the plugin to see how that's handled.

Hey,
i was wondering...is it possible to make plugin or built in option to write php block comments in more automatic way ? Just take a look at that screencast i've just recorded :

http://www.screentoaster.com/watch/stWUpcR0xIR19eSVtfX1NdVVJX/auto_comments

You don't need to watch the second part with pnotepad because we all know how it works in it :) I'm just a php programmer and i'am not able to write a plugin so it's just a small sugestion. I think almost every programming language supports block comments so it can be usefull in writing well commented code.

If you need more information than can be watched in screencast, just tell me. I'll try to explain it.

Take care and thanks,
Bajki
