   I just upgraded to 2.0.7.706, and I've noticed something strange; when I hit undo, it undo's a few actions. If I hit redo, it redo's the same few actions to where I started from. The problem is that then I cannot undo the single last action I did. Specifically, I did some typing modifications, then did a search/replace and replaced a bunch of text. When I undo, it undo's both the modifications and the replace, not just the replace. So now I'm stuck with either the file before I did the modifications, or the replaced text that wiped it out. Right now I can't seem to get any way to undo just the replace operation.

   I used to be able to hit undo to undo each single action, keystroke, etc.

   If someone else can confirm this, I'll file it as a bug. Is anyone else seeing this?

   Hmm, keystrokes should be combined, so the following typing would undo as one:

   this is cheese

   However, if you then do a replace all to change cheese into cake:

   this is cake

   then you should now have two undo steps:

   1. this is cake to this is cheese
   2. this is cheese to

   This seems to work the same between build 688 and 706, so nothing's changed there. Do you have more specific repro steps or builds to compare?

   I can't narrow it down yet, I'll try to figure out a test case for it. But it's definitely different from the last release, so I switched back. Typing is all grouped together, but this would group things like edits, replaces, formats, etc all into one step. I'll post up when I figure it out.
