Tools: Replace my selection freezes PN for a while.

I set up HTMLTidy to auto indent xml files

commad: tidy.exe
parameters: -q -i -xml -utf8
Pass my selection: true
Capture output: replace my selection

I don't select anything hit the command the PN freezes for 3 seconds and then coughs up a message boxe that tool is taking long time... do you want to wait more? I press yes and the text is indented just like expected.

Why does it take so long? using output window its as fast as command line.

Ok, I figured this one. The "This tool will change current file" checkbox must be unchecked.

I suppose this is used to reload a file after a change and when no change happens PN waits for fixed timeout and gives a popup i mentioned.

Interesting, I don't think it should be waiting for the file to change so it sounds like some sort of bug, I'm just not sure why.

Certainly it seems like refreshing the file and replacing my selection should be mutually exclusive.
