At the bottom of "Save As" dialog, there's an option called "File Format:" (or simply Format in Windows 7 -- by the way, that's strange that the option label is different!)
IMO, this option should be called "Line Endings" in consistency with Tools menu. Furthermore, calling it "File Format" can be very misleading.
