Is it possible to request that a local user script repository also exist if it doesn't already? When writing scripts it would be great to be able to save a script in %APPDATA%/Programmer's Notepad/scripts instead of the global scripts root folder.
Is this already possible?

Yes, I'll be looking into this. There's a bug here you can track: http://code.google.com/p/pnotepad/issues/detail?id=309
Ideally all user bits should be stored outside of Program Files, to meet with Windows guidelines.
