Slickedit and Visual Assist have a really handy feature that lets you open up a dialog, and type part of the name of a file in the current project, and it will narrow down the number of choices based on what you type. Then you can hit "enter" to load the top choice. This is a huge time-saver in big projects with tons of files and a deep hierarchy.
