   window focus goes somewhere when vertical scroll-bar is not displayed and mouse wheel is rotated.
   Is it ameliorable?

   Very strange, I can't reproduce this. Which version of Programmer's Notepad, and which version of Windows are you running? Do you have anything like Intellimouse installed?

   sorry! this complaint was not accurate.
   not "mouse wheel is rotated".
   accurately, it is touch-pad to scratch.
   this problem occurred only when I used the touch-pad.

   Vista SP1, programmer's notepad version 2.0.10.1010
