Just wondering but has anyone ported programmers notepad onto other platforms before? In my case I use the Windows Version at work but at home I use a Mac (running OS 10.6) and would love to have the ability to use Programmers Notepad on it as well. Sometimes I can recompile Linux source code and have it work so if there was a linux port, it might also be usable. I have no idea on the dependencies of the program so I am not sure if it depends on libraries that make it Windows only but I thought I would put out the question to see if there was any way to build it and run it on the Mac using Xcode and GCC.

Hi David,
There's no way to do this currently, I'd love to see and contribute to a Qt port or similar, but I don't think I have the time to commit to a project as big as that on my own now - student days are long gone :)
Plenty of people run PN on Linux using Wine and on Mac using Crossover Office or Parallels. It's not the same, but it gets the job done.

Simon, will you release a build for x64 Windows platform?

At some point there will probably be a 64-bit specific build, but as the current one works fine for most people (skipping past your problems) it's not a priority for me.
