   Hello guys^^

   I'm having troubles using autocomplete. It won't work, and i can't see how to fix it and why it can't work.
   I re installed PN after i upgraded to windows 7, and didn't use a lot autocomplete because i had to configure my whole PN things again, but i believe it worked then. Now that i'd like to use it fully again, it simply does nothing, whatever i do :s.

   Can you guys help me? I actually use the php scheme.

   I'm assuming you have PN 2.0.10.1010...

   Download apis.zip from:
   http://code.google.com/p/pnotepad/issues/detail?id=578

   Unpack all *.api files to "schemes" folder - that's the one in which you have *.scheme files like: cpp.scheme, phpscript.scheme...

   Hi Nux, i hope you're not pissed, i saw your post on the other topic but thought it wouldn't work correctly.
   As a matter of fact, there are still issues.
   Autocomplete doesn't work... completely -_-'. It would suggest me the official functions, but it won't give me the functions or vars i already declared in my doc.
   Do you know how i can fix it?

   I haven't noticed that before (probably because I usually have functions definition in library files), but it doesn't work for me either. I guess that's a bug, hopefully simon can fix it along with the issue about taking function definitions from library files :-).

   Hi all,

   So there are two current types of autocomplete supported in 2.0.10:

   1. API file based
   2. Tag based for the current document

   If you have API files then this currently disables tags for the current document. This will be improved in the future but not in 2.1 which is all but finished. The next stage for autocomplete is:

   1. Support merging current tags and an API file
   2. Support a project-wide TAGS file or per-file manually specified TAGS file

   Hope that makes sense, and if you're having particular problems with any scheme do let me know.

   Thanx Nux for the confirmation, and thanx Simon for the informations^^. Well, i guess it makes sense, however i'll try to find another way to work while not being bothered by these issues^^. If i find anything interesting, i'll post it^^
