Merry Chrismas !

Hi! :)
I have a ini file with utf-8 tags.
I'm using Pnotepad version 2.0.10.1010, windows XP SP3, English version and support Japanese non-unicode.

Unicode support is much improved for the next release, I'll try to work on utf-8 tags.
