Add a new template with keywords into PN 2

Hi!

I would like to know, how i can add a new "template" (or how its called) into the PN 2.
It contains keywords and much more.
I have an example for you: http://hellzone-am.de/downloads/wordfile.txt

This File is from Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Modtools. It is for Ultra Edit, but i wish to use it with PN 2.

PS: This Files are from InfinityWard / Treyarch for the program Ultraedit.
Shipped with the modtools (radiant).

Long time from last post :P
I've tryed to understand your link, but i have no idea, how i can implement a new language (modified QuakeC) to the P Notepad.
Thanks in advance for a easier example.
